Meet Michelle Hunter
Michelle founded Arrow Consultants in 2024, bringing over two decades of experience in accounting and tax—working with individuals and businesses across the Newcastle, Maitland, and Port Stephens regions.
After working in three of the largest firms in the area, Michelle saw a need for something different: a more personal, supportive, and empowering approach to accounting. She’s hands-on with every client, taking the time to explain things clearly and work as a team to help you achieve both your business and lifestyle goals.

Meet Ellen our amazing Client Services Coordinator! She has dived straight in and has been ensuring behind the scenes is running like a dream!
Outside of work you will find Ellen doing yoga, walking the dogs or having a sneaky beverage or two!! -
Andrea
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Andrea comes to us with 9 years of Australian accounting and tax experience.
Outside of work, you will see her chasing after her 2 beautiful boys and spending time with family and friends!
A fun fact about Andrea she was once a member of the Lúčnica Choir! Be sure to ask her to sing when you meet her!

Max
OFFICE DOCUMENT CO-ORDINATOR
Max is in year 12 currently studying for his HSC. In between school, study and hanging out with his friends he still manages to scan with a smile!!
Max was recently the lead in his schools production of "High School Musical" and was so good there was a line up for photographs and autographs at the end!
He has unfortunately declined to start each shift with a rendition of "we're all in this together."
